Review Policy
Tap2Rate products exist to make genuine review requests easier. They must not be used to manipulate, buy, pressure, gate or fabricate reviews.
Prohibited review conduct
You must not use a Tap2Rate product to request fake reviews, employee reviews presented as customer reviews, competitor attacks, review swaps, review gating, selective suppression of negative feedback, threats, pressure, misleading incentives or undisclosed paid endorsements.
Incentives and disclosures
If you offer any benefit connected with a review, you are responsible for ensuring the offer is lawful, platform-compliant, not conditional on review sentiment, and clearly disclosed. The Seller recommends not offering incentives for reviews.
Platform rules
You are responsible for complying with Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, industry platform and regulator rules that apply to your business. The Seller may refuse setup if a requested destination appears likely to breach platform or legal rules.
No reputation manipulation service
The Seller does not sell reputation manipulation, review removal, review writing, review posting, review farms, fake accounts or guaranteed review outcomes.
