Communications
The Seller separates transactional service messages from optional marketing messages.
Transactional messages
The Seller may contact you about enquiries, profile matching, configuration, payment, delivery, support, defects, policy issues, security matters and records needed to supply or administer an order.
Marketing messages
Marketing emails, SMS or similar commercial electronic messages should only be sent where there is consent or another lawful basis. Messages must identify Prabhkirat Singh Saini, include valid contact details and include a working unsubscribe method.
Unsubscribe handling
Unsubscribe requests should be actioned promptly and no later than the legal deadline that applies. Transactional messages may still be sent where needed to complete, administer or support an existing order.
No purchased lists
The Seller must not use harvested, scraped or purchased contact lists for marketing unless consent and lawful use can be proven.
