Configuration and Testing
The Seller finds the business profile, verifies the destination where necessary, and tests both NFC tap and QR scan before a product is delivered.
Profile matching
The Seller uses the business name and address in the order to locate the likely public Google Business Profile. If more than one likely match exists, the Seller will contact you before programming the product.
Your confirmation
You are responsible for checking any profile match the Seller asks you to confirm. The Seller may help correct a configuration error where reasonable and will honour any remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.
Fixed product appearance
The current Tap2Rate Square and Tap2Rate Stand use the fixed white design shown on the website. Custom artwork, logos, colours and wording are not included in this product range.
Tap-and-scan testing
The Seller checks that NFC tap and QR scan open the agreed public profile destination at configuration time. Google may later change links, profiles, policies or availability outside the Seller's control.
