Address and access responsibility
You are responsible for selecting the option your address is eligible for, giving correct address details, providing a safe and practical setup or delivery location, and ensuring a contact person is available. Missed appointments, unsafe access or incorrect addresses may delay handover and may require rebooking or a change to Australia-wide delivery.
Timing

Risk after handover
Once a product is delivered, demonstrated or otherwise handed over, you are responsible for safe placement, ordinary care, and making sure staff use it consistently with these policies.
