Acceptable Use
These rules protect the Seller, customers, review platforms and the public from misuse of Tap2Rate products, NFC tags, QR codes and configured destinations.
Lawful use only
You must use Tap2Rate products only for lawful business review prompts and related customer feedback flows. You must not use them for scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, offensive content, deceptive redirects, unlawful surveillance or harassment.
Content and rights
You must be authorised to order for the named business and to direct genuine customers to its public review profile. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order that appears unauthorised, misleading, unlawful or unsafe.
Tampering and redirects
Do not alter a Tap2Rate product, QR code or NFC destination in a way that misleads customers, bypasses review-platform rules, hides the destination or sends users to unsafe content.
Refusal and suspension
The Seller may refuse, suspend or cancel work where use appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, technically risky, unpaid, or inconsistent with these policies.
