Returns
Each product is configured for a specific business, so change-of-mind cancellations may be limited after programming or delivery preparation begins. If a product is damaged, faulty, unsafe or materially different from the accepted order, Prabhkirat Singh Saini will provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.

Each Tap2Rate product is configured for a specific business and public review destination. Change-of-mind cancellations may be refused after profile verification, programming or delivery preparation begins.
Faults or damage
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, unsafe or materially different from the accepted order details, the Seller will resolve it in line with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
What to send
Email the order reference, business name, photos of the issue and a short description so the problem can be assessed quickly.
No return authorisation without assessment
Do not dispose of, alter or return an item until the Seller has had a reasonable chance to assess the issue. If a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law, the Seller will provide the remedy required by law.
